CALGARY PRO MUSICA ANNOUNCES THEIR NEW MUSICAL BODY BREAK PROJECT 

The Musical Body Break  project is a series of twelve 3-5-minute “Musical Body Break” videos. These videos will incorporate motion with the live-recorded music by the Young Artist Development Program (YADP) participants. Each video illustrates a musical concept and is targeted to children 12 and under.

The Musical Body Break project is designed to keep students physically active in the mobility restricted classroom environment while teaching them about different aspects of music in fun and visual videos. As we re-imagined our school outreach for this year, we also wanted to address the school needs and the need for children to be physically active in COVID-19 restricted classroom. After much consultation with several local elementary school music specialists, we are delighted to announce our new Musical Body Break project.
